Yes, I agree when we're talking about actual reconstructive surgery, but in my mum's case it's just a silicon breast thingy which will replace the lost breast inside a special bra. She doesn't really want extra-surgeries and you'd need that. Maybe she'll change her mind, but so far she doesn't think a real breast at 76 years of age is necessary.
